European Ski Safari

In March of 2019 I went to the European Alps and visited some Epic Pass European partner resorts. Of course I also used this as an excuse to visit with my children. We went snowboarding in Tignes/Val d’Isere in the French Alps. Also got two days of snowboarding in at Madonna di Campiglio in the Italian Alps, Dolomites. I had a quick visit in Berlin, delivering Emily’s cello and a night in Hannover to see Tony’s play in Celle. At the end of the trip we went to Vienna to attend Emily’s gig with her girl band from Berlin (Soulmeal). I added countries #17of55 Switzerland, and #18of55 Italy to my travel quest list. What a fun and busy 2 week trip I had.

2 days of warm spring weather in Vienna with my girlfriend

1 play that Tony played in

1 gig of Emily’s band

Only 1 delayed flight

Lots of hours of driving

Lots of quality time with my kids

Several excellent meals, many mediocre.

1 night out with girlfriends in Berlin
